Annual billing saves 20% on paid plans. The unit price assumes the full included monthly allowance is used. Annual plans are paid once per year, while plan credits continue to refresh each month. Any applicable tax is shown before checkout is completed.

## Billing and credits

### Pay for successful results

One credit is used only after the API or Playground returns a successful search response. Failed requests do not use credits.

### Credits refresh monthly

Free credits refresh at 00:00 UTC on the first day of each calendar month. Monthly paid plans refresh after the next paid invoice. Annual paid plans refresh on each monthly subscription anniversary while the subscription remains active. Unused monthly credits do not roll over.

### Save 20% with annual billing

Annual plans are paid once per year, while the included search allowance still refreshes each month while the subscription remains active.

## Common questions

### What is included in the Free plan?

Every account receives 100 search credits each calendar month. The balance refreshes at 00:00 UTC on the first day of the month, and unused monthly credits do not roll over.

### When does a search use a credit?

One credit is used only after the API or Playground returns a successful search response. Failed requests do not use credits. A cached successful response still uses one credit.

### How is the price per 1,000 searches calculated?

The displayed unit price divides the effective monthly plan price by the full included monthly search allowance. Actual cost per 1,000 is higher when the full allowance is not used.

### How do paid plans renew?

Paid plans can be billed monthly or yearly. Yearly plans are paid in advance with a 20% discount, while their search credits still refresh each month as long as the subscription remains active. Any applicable tax is shown before checkout is completed.

### Can I add credits without changing my plan?

Yes. One-time top-ups are available from the dashboard. They are used after monthly credits and remain valid for six months from the confirmed payment.

### Can I cancel a paid plan?

Yes. Payment details and cancellation are managed from the secure billing area in your dashboard. A cancellation scheduled for period end keeps the already paid plan active until that period finishes.

### Do you offer custom plans for larger teams?

Yes. If you need more than 300,000 searches per month, higher throughput, or a tailored rollout, contact us with your expected monthly volume, markets, and use case.
