Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of gsearch.dev, a Google Search API service operated by Mentorsko Ltd.
Effective date: August 12, 2026
1. Using the service
You must be able to enter into a binding agreement and must provide accurate account information. If you use gsearch.dev for an organization, you confirm that you may accept these terms for that organization.
Keep your account and API keys secure. You are responsible for activity performed with your credentials until you notify us that they may be compromised.
2. The gsearch.dev API
gsearch.dev provides structured search results through an API and Playground. Result availability, order, coverage, and content can change. We do not guarantee that every query will return a result or that third-party content will be complete or accurate.
gsearch.dev is an independent service. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. Google and related marks are trademarks of Google LLC.
3. Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and respect the rights of others.
- Do not attack, disrupt, overload, probe, or attempt to bypass security, credit, or rate-limit controls.
- Do not use the service for fraud, malware, unlawful surveillance, or content that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
- Do not share or resell access to your account or API keys unless a written agreement with us allows it.
4. Plans, credits, and payment
Paid plans are available with monthly or annual billing. One-time credit top-ups are also available. Prices and any applicable taxes are shown before payment, and Stripe processes the payment.
Monthly plan credits refresh each paid month. An annual plan is charged once per year and its credit allowance refreshes on each monthly subscription anniversary while the subscription remains active. Unused monthly credits do not roll over.
Top-up credits are used after monthly credits and expire six months after the payment is confirmed. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel a paid subscription through the Stripe Customer Portal in your gsearch.dev account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and the subscription will not renew after that date.
Charges already made are handled under our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these terms limits a refund or cancellation right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
6. Service changes and availability
We may maintain, secure, update, or change the service. We may also set reasonable technical limits. We aim to keep the service available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
If a material change negatively affects a paid service, we will provide reasonable notice when practical.
7. Ownership
Mentorsko Ltd and its licensors own gsearch.dev, its software, branding, and documentation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account complies with these terms.
You keep rights in the queries and other content you submit. You give us only the rights needed to process that content and provide, protect, and support the service.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably needed to address non-payment, a security risk, unlawful use, or a serious breach of these terms. When practical, we will give notice and a chance to fix the issue.
You may stop using the service at any time. Ending an account does not remove payment or legal obligations that arose before termination.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided as available and without implied warranties. We are not responsible for third-party websites, search result content, or losses caused by use of that content.
To the extent allowed by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Our total liability connected with a paid service will not exceed the amount you paid for that service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, and they do not reduce mandatory consumer rights.
10. Governing law and contact
Bulgarian law governs these terms, without removing any mandatory protection available to you under the law of your country. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear a dispute.
